摘要
In hospital and particularly in geriatrics death is an everyday occurrence. Junior doctors express their difficulties in delivering high quality medical care at the end-of-life. In order to support them in their clinical training, we provide monthly self-expression workshops in a neutral and confidential environment where they can develop their practice and prepare themselves for the psychosocial risks involved in the confrontation with death. We report here on the efficacy of these workshops. (C) 2020 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
