摘要：
How to focus on the actual needs of talents and comprehensively improve the quality of training for military academies is an urgent problem to be solved. Aiming at the problem that the ability of some graduates in colleges and universities is not suitable for the first job position, the idea of constructing a compound talent cultivation model is proposed. Based on the analysis of its connotation, this paper proposes a five-in-one comprehensive character talent cultivation approach.
