摘要
In this paper, we discuss several problems which appear in real various software systems development by showing application examples in order to make their underlying issues clear. The problems are mainly in terms of the assessment techniques and methods of software reliability and safety. Especially, we focus on the problems caused by the difference in the development process applied according to the characteristics of the system to be developed, or the difference of methodologies for assessment, analysis, and verification approaches of the reliability and safety.
