摘要
Recently, THz waves shows to be a good technique to investigate the water diffusion within porous media such as biomaterial or insulation materials. This is due to the sufficient resolution for such applications and safe radiation. In this study, a calibration method is developed in order to demonstrate the relationship between the absorption coefficient of maritime pine sample and its water content. An analytical model is built, based on the Beer-Lambert law, linking the absorption coefficient, the density of solid and its water content.
