摘要
Football reserve talent in football development is an important factor that relates to a country or a region football can continue to develop or not. Focus on development of football reserve talent is a premise for football long-term development. Different regions' reserve talent cultivation systems are also different, which design and plan according to respective cultural environment and science and technology power. The paper proceeds comprehensive evaluation on football reserve talent cultivation system by establishing reasonable indicator system, adopts quantization result to make comparative analysis of China, Japan and South Korea merits in cultivation system. The result suggests that Japan football reserve talent cultivation system is relative optimized, China should carry out systematic reform, specialize and refine cultivation goals, establish perfect and diversified competition organizations and strict examination and verification system.
