摘要
The strength in polyester/cotton blended yarn is high with good fiber uniformity, sustainability and weaving. However, the size formula of polyester/cotton blended yarn of PVA usually has a higher ratio, whuch means that it can easily cause environmental pollution. This topic has established two size formulas, through contrast experiment, two kinds of size performance and size film properties is tested and analyzed. Meanwhile, through the experiment of polyester/cotton blended yarn sizing, the impacts of components like sized yarn hairiness reducing rate, wear-resisting property, increasing rate, reducing rate and other performance indicators were analyzed. A sizing formula which is suitable for polyester/cotton blended yarn was concluded, which is helpful in improving the performance of polyester/cotton blended yarn. Then some date can be used as the reference when textile enterprise using polyester/cotton blended yarn.
