To Strengthen the Project Contract Management Based on "Partnership"

The purpose of the article is to explore the problems in contract management practice because of unequal position between the employer and the contractor in China. Through discussion of the importance of contract management based on "partnership", the paper develops that the parties, especially the employer, of the project should change previous wrong opinion, make good preparation for professional contract management, often communicate with each other and handle the dispute and claim carefully.
