摘要
Many unpredictable events make contribution to the severe disruption of airlines, which obviously affects regular flight schedule and passenger itinerary. In this essay, based on the time-band network, an optimization model for aircraft reschedule and the corresponding passenger recovery is presented. Firstly time-band network is used to illustrate the rescheduled aircraft routing map, and then taking into account the passengers transiting between flights with the same destination, an integer program model is constructed, which is resolved by liner relaxation method. Rounding algorithm is represented to acquire satisfactory solution, and is checked by the practical data.
