摘要
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) has taken numerous blows, both from the courts and from opponents seeking to undermine it. Yet, due to its policy design and the political forces theACAhas unleashed, the lawhas shown remarkable resilience. While there remain ongoing efforts to undo the ACA, the smart money has to be on its continued existence.
