摘要
The conversion of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge is one of the most important content of knowledge management. After. studying the existing state of tacit knowledge externalization both in domestic and overseas, this paper is concerned with fuzzy cognitive map methodology. On the basis of tacit knowledge representation with fuzzy cognitive maps which proposed by Kun Chang Lee etc, in this paper a dynamical fuzzy cognitive maps model to the quantification representation of the causal type of tacit knowledge. Finally, the experiments verify the superiority of quantification model
