ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF THE SOLUTIONS OF A CLASS OF SECOND ORDER DIFFERENTIAL SYSTEMS

摘要
In the present paper it is proved that for any solution x(1)(t) of the system Mx+x=f(t,x),for which lim(t ->infinity) parallel to x1(t)parallel to = 0, there exists a solution x2(t) of the system x = f(t,x) such that lim(t ->infinity) parallel to x1(t)-x2(t)parallel to = 0. Some generalizations of this result are also presented. The case f(t,x) = -del U(x) has been investigated explicitly.
