摘要：
In the group of 24 patients the diagnostics and treatment of frontal sinus mucocele were analysed. The most common cause of the mucocele were previous nasofronto-ethmoidal fractura or sinus surgery and benign tumours of the nose and ethmoids. Computed tomography is the essential investigation in this disease. The only treat ment is surgery and it can be preformed using external, sublabial or endonasal approaches.
