摘要
The wavelength-measurement error in an interferometric detection scheme has been analysed theoretically and the results of a simulation carried out show that the measurement errors may be, for the use of single- and double-phase lock-in amplifiers, as large as 5% and 0.4% of the total measurement range, respectively.
