Review of Collective Action, Bureaucratic System and Public Goods Supply Model

There is contradiction between demand and supply of public goods, occur at the same time in reality, the optimal supply of public goods is economics, public choice, and other areas of concern to the important subject. In theoretical circles there are two ways: Olson's logic of collective action Niskanen model and maximize the size of the bureaucratic model. They were two different conclusions - inadequate supply of public goods and public goods supply surplus. This paper analyses that both the paradox of public goods is due to the lack of effective supply, and noted that the optimal supply of public goods it difficult to avoid the four issues.
