摘要：

The synthesis of 16 new 4-alkylthio- and 4-(E)-N-thioalkyl-4-azachalconyl substituted derivatives of uracil and their antimicrobial activity are reported. Compounds 5a and 5c showed a goad antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and a moderate activity against Streptococcus feacalis.
