摘要
It is necessary to implement intelligent manufacturing for urban rail vehicle manufacturing enterprises in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs, so as to improve market competitiveness. As an important part of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent material distribution system must be studied. Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in material distribution for urban rail vehicle assembly, puts forward a general idea of material distribution optimization which is to establish intelligent material distribution system on the basis of optimized process layout and material distribution mode. Then, it presents a framework of intelligent material distribution system for urban rail vehicle assembly. The framework model mainly includes: real-time data collection system, 3D digital workshop system, material distribution execution system and enterprise internal management system. Each part of the framework model is planned, designed and analyzed. Finally, according to the framework model, this paper puts forward the operation process of intelligent material distribution system. The operation process highlights the characteristics of real-time data collection, real-time information feedback and material distribution real-time decision-making of urban rail vehicle assembly.
