Improvement of evitation characteristics by the drive circuit in the magnetically levitated conveyance system using the linear stepper motor

摘要
The Conventional conveyance systems have problems such as vibration, noise and raising dust. Most system consists of the levitation (and guidance) section and the thrust one. In this research, by using the linear stepper motor, these sections are combined. The experimental device to realize this system has been made. Because the coil is controlled by high switching frequency for levitation, the improved drive circuit is created. This circuit is designed with circuit numerical analysis software and create the circuit based on the numerical analysis result. Characteristics of the created drive circuit shows good corresponding to the numerical analysis result. Difference of the attractive force between the attractive mode and the drop mode, becomes nine times as large as that of the previous circuit.
