摘要
Super high-rise buildings are the tall buildings which are beyond code limit in height or structural type, or with special irregular shapes. The principle and key points of seismic design with different type are proposed in this paper. Taking Quanzhou Puxi Wanda Square and Jiangxi Nanchang Greenland Central Plaza as examples, the complex high-rise buildings are analyzed. The structural dynamic performance is evaluated using the method of elastic-plastic time-history analysis. The earthquake-resistant measures are given based on the characteristics of the bearing capacity. It would be valuable for designers to do the seismic analysis of high-rise buildings.
