摘要
This paper presents a new CMOS RF-to-DC convertor for low power radio frequency (RF) wireless energy harvesting. The proposed design is based on the positive clamper circuit which ensures the biasing of nMOS transistors. Tanner Tspice was used to confirm the functionality of the proposed design using 0.18 mu m TSMC CMOS technology. Simulation results indicate that the output DC voltage is 0.512V when 0.55V RF signal is applied with a Voltage Conversion Ratio (VCR) of 93.1% and a Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE) of 79.8%.
