摘要
The paper presents a linear, low voltage and low power operational transconductance amplifier (OTA). The transconductance can be controlled electronically with the help of an external bias voltage. The basic OTA cell presented in previos work has been modified in order to reduce the power consumption and voltage. It is observed that modified OTA has an increase in the linear range of operation. The characteristics of the proposed OTA have been compared with the conventional one. The proposed circuit has also been used to implement basic active filters. All simulations have been carried out using 130nm technology parameter in LTspice.
