摘要
A flip-flop based 1:4 static frequency divider has been realized in a 0.35mum standard CMOS technology. Two 1:2 divider cells achieve the frequency division at more than 5GHz. Each cell consumes 10mW from a 3.3V supply and occupies about 35 X 50mum(2) die area.
