摘要
The process of convergence with the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) requires a reformulation of the previous educational values and focuses on the importance of the development of students' competences. In this educational project we suggest the inclusion of Personal Learning Environments (PLE) to dynamise the knowledge acquisition process in several challenging courses from the Computer Sciences degree of the University of Cordoba. More specifically, web 2.0 tools offer a wide variety of free online software to create and share content. In this paper we discuss the usefulness of these tools to help our students abandon their previous role as passive consumers of knowledge and get involved in their own learning process. Lastly we will explore the possible effects of this proposal on the students' results and on the classroom as a whole.
