The Synchronous Control of Multi-motor Drive Control System with Floating Compensation

摘要
Multi-motor control system has been increasingly used in the mechanical and electrical drive system. The synchronous control is key need to solve for interrelated multi-motor to ensure their coordination work. Based on analyzing to some existed synchronized control strategies of interrelated multi-motor systems, a novel floating compensation control strategy is put forward in this paper to reduce the synchronization error. According to the most serious synchronization error, the novel floating compensation strategy considered the motor with worst synchronous running status, and floating quickly adjusts the output speed of motor to decrease its synchronization error with other motor. The principle of design is described. And the design of floating compensation controller is given. Some simulation results and the related analysis are given to verify the feasibility of floating compensation strategy of synchronization error for interrelated multi-motor control system.
