摘要
Special geographical and climatic conditions make flood disasters of Shanghai become more serious. According to the historical disaster data, an information diffusion based fuzzy method was introduced and the risk of typhoon storm surge flood disasters was assessed semi-quantitatively. The results showed that the stronger the typhoon storm surge flood disasters are, the more obviously they are influenced by the sea revel rise; In addition, the typhoon storm surge flood disasters occur more easily when the sea revel rises higher. The results will provide reference to deal with disasters.
