With the continuous development of teaching quality and connotation construction, the management of information resources in colleges and universities should move forward in the direction of knowledge management, make full use of modern information technology, integrate and optimize the information resources of colleges and universities, improve the utilization rate of information resources and enhance the overall competitiveness of colleges and universities.
