摘要
Wiki is derived from the Hawaiian expression "wiki wiki" meaning "fast" or "quick". A wiki is essentially a collection of Websites connected via hyperlinks. This paper discusses the elements of wiki knowledge management and the model of traditional organization. And then, the paper gives the model of knowledge-based organization by abstracting wiki and comparing traditional organization with modem knowledge-based organization.
