摘要：
investment environment is summation of all kinds of external circumstances and conditions that affect the whole process of investment activities. The primal researches on investment environment mainly pay close attention to the material conditions like natural geographical environment and infrastructure in the investment area. The passage mainly uses the knowledge of regional theory to analyze the status of city's investment environment in Henan. It first analyses the problems and reasons of city's investment environment in Henan and then raises related suggestions
