摘要
In this paper, we investigate the end-to-end performance of an energy harvesting multi-antenna relaying system. Our analysis allows for a practical fading scenario where the source-relay and the destination-relay links undergo independent Nakagami-m and Rician fading, respectively. Firstly, an exact closed-form expression for outage probability of the considered system is derived. Secondly, based on this derived closed-form expression, we present a new tight upper bound for ergodic throughput. Numerical and simulation results are presented to illustrate the impact of Nakagami-m and Rician-K factors on the end-to-end performance. In addition, the optimal energy harvesting ratio maximizing the ergodic throughput is characterized. Our results also show that the implementation of multiple antennas at the relay can increase the energy harvesting capability, hence, significantly improves the system performance.
