摘要
Since the beginning of the industrialization, the continual deterioration of the ecological environment, ceaseless occurrence of industrial accidents and the natural disasters, and the worsening of the unexpected mass incidents phenomenon show us that the social risk is becoming a severer and more obvious issue. Against this background, the social risk in the Chinese minority regions can be classified into four types, namely, the livelihood risk, the stability risk, the identity risk and the governance risk. Essentially, social management includes the community management, the organization management and the management of public affairs. To minimize and eliminate the social risk and social crisis in the minority regions, we should take their ethnic and regional features into consideration and make theory and policy innovations in the minority regions' social management from its three aspects mentioned above. In this way, we can create a harmonious and stable atmosphere in the minority regions.
