Effect of gas-liquid-solid contact angle on forced convective heat transfer of flue gas with condensation

摘要
The heat transfer enhancement and anticorrosion on flue gas condensing heat transfer surface in natural gas-fired equipment is the key to develop high-efficient and compact condensing heat transfer equipments. In this paper, theoretical investigation of flue gas forced convective condensing heat transfer was conducted based on the rivulet model. The relationship between the gas-liquid-solid contact angle and the condensate liquid film thickness was established, and the gas-liquid-solid contact angle effecting on the flue gas forced convective condensing heat transfer was discussed.
