摘要
The CdTe quantum dots (QDs) were prepared in aqueous phase using glutathione (GSH) as a stabilizer. The GSH-CdTe structure was characterized by TEM and X-ray diffraction. Interaction between CdTe QDs and HSA was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy combined with FT-IR and CD spectroscopy. The results showed that the fluorescence quenching of HSA was static mechanism and the secondary structure of HSA was altered. The enthalpy change (H) and entropy change (S) were calculated to be -196.998 kJmol(-1) and -223.055 Jmol(-1)K(-1), which showed that hydrogen bond and van der Waals force played a dominant role in the complex.
