摘要：
The standardization of the management of public information system is an essential step to the establishment of National Standard. By applying the comprehensive standard method in nationwide, the managers can regulate management functions, coordinate and develop the technical level of the information industry and economic union. The international standard of quality management can further assist meeting the customer needs globally, and achieving the best benefits of the standardization of public information system management.
