A Brief Analysis of Feminist Theory in Education

Western feminism has become an important branch in education studies, in which the liberal feminism, radical feminism and social feminism have more explicit and systematic views on education, whose core is to pay attention to gender equality and equal right to education. There are significant differences and similarities in the various denominations which concern education and solve strategies of unequal of women and men. This paper aims to use theoretical framework (liberal feminism, radical feminism and social feminism) to analyze gender and education.
