Open Learning on Human Resource Management

It was a significant problem for the curriculum of human resource management to improve teaching efficiency, advance students' learning capability and increase students' practice ability. The present paper would explore these questions from the view of open learning. Based on the introduction about the connotation and background of open learning, the current paper probed into the significant influence of open learning on human resource management teaching. At last, the concrete strategies of open learning were discussed, involving breaking the localization of teaching materials and inherent teaching goals, creating the open teaching opinion and open teaching environment, converting teacher roles and utilizing net resources plentifully.
