摘要：
The paper studies a multi-tiered information system development model based on service middleware and communication middleware. By applying CORBA technology in the design of distributed computing application, a 4-tiered model based on CORBA middleware has been put forward. It solves the problems such as security, extensibility, and maintainability, which exist in general method.
