Multi-media enhancement of teaching electronic packaging education

摘要：
This paper describes a multi-media based Internet course for electronic packaging education at Michigan State University (MSU). The course will use RealVideo and PowerPoint to deliver the lecture material for the course. The Sync-O-Matic 3000 software will be used to quickly produce the web-delivered lectures. Sync-O-Matic 3000 was developed at MSU and is already in use producing several web-based video courses within the College of Engineering. We describe the web technologies used in the production of the course and the electronic packaging materials for the course.
