Predicting monthly sunspot numbers of Solar Cycle 23 by the method of "similar cycles"

摘要
We briefly describe the concept and method of "similar cycles" to be used in sunspot prediction. We have checked on the reliability of this method and made the comparison of the predictions and observations for the 23rd solar activity cycle.
