摘要：
A chance of reviving the Romanian industry sector is to realize a special type of public-private partnership (PPP), made by universities or university consortia and companies from the private sector. This kind of project, based on the concept of industrial ecology, represent a valid solution adequate to the environment. The most important role in the project is the role of universities that can find viable partners in sustainable development projects, attract financing funds and offer flexible solutions for stimulating an active management.
