Parallel femtosecond laser processing using multiplexed phase fresnel lenses

摘要
We demonstrate a parallel femtosecond laser processing using a computer-generated hologram (CGH) for a high-speed fabrication of microstructures. The CGH is calculated with multiplexing phase Fresnel lenses and displayed on a spatial light modulator.
