摘要
As usage of information technologies developed, governments decided to provide some of their services through these technologies for increasing their efficiency and productivity. Islamic Republic of Iran's government like other countries try to progress in this way. In this paper we try to evaluate the progress of e-government in Iran by using variety of sources and find strength and weaknesses of Iran by analyzing influencing factors of developing e-government. Our findings show that although the progress of e-government in Iran is tangible in overall view but different influencing parts are not growing in a balanced manner. Iranian government must focus more on its infrastructure component in its e-government programming to create an inclusive sustainable development.
