From "Being Organized by Others" to "Self-organization": Self-organization concept of school sports management

The field of scientific research experiences the transformation from mechanical theory to organic theory. In such background, mechanical paradigm is analyzed in detail, and the theory of being organized by others established according to the paradigm, and its impacts on the management of school sports are elaborated. On this basis, self-organization of school sports management is proposed in the concept of organic paradigm, and self-organizing school sports management is constructed from four conditions of the formation of self-organization.
