摘要
This article describes the preparation process of the anion acrylic and its test. In this study, using natural mineral nanomaterials prepared anion additives, using a two-step prepared anion acrylic fiber. Has been tested, the anion acrylic the indicators are good, the anion release can reach 1430 anions / cm(3), and can be widely used in clothing, textile, medical and other fields. The past 10 years, the Chinese economy has maintained a healthy development, the the acrylic industry experienced a world of advanced technology, management and quality service to the competition has become more mature, capacity rapid growth Quantity dominant; technology continues to progress, the variety and quality also improved significantly. The next 10 years, acrylic industry should be vigorously promote low-carbon development, the courage to participate in international competition[1]. China has become one of the major countries of the world production of acrylic, but still far distance in high-tech, high value-added development of acrylic fiber acrylic powers. With the social and economic development, the increasing variety and quality requirements of the market for the products of acrylic. To this end, we should actively adjust the industrial structure, accelerate the pace of acrylic upgrade. With the social progress and the increasing of the degree of industrialization, pollution of the environment is more and more serious, less the number of anion in the air, while the progress of science and technology and socio-economic development and enhance people's health awareness. Anion function fiber and textiles when the mechanism anion increasingly being recognize the functional fibers to improve the environment to attract domestic and foreign scholars to the research and development, anion fiber and anion textiles as new functional products is bound to develop[2, 3].
