摘要
According to the characteristics of high concentration of organic matters and high biodegradability, a new and efficient anaerobic sequencing batch biofilm reactor (ASBBR) was chosen as an anaerobic pretreatment unit to treat mustard tuber wastewater. As temperature, pH, organic load, salinity and other factors affect the anaerobic biological treatment system significantly, in order to reveal the comprehensive influence of salinity and organic load on COD removal, an orthogonal experiment was investigated when temperature, pH and other factors were controlled in constant. Test results show that: both salinity and organic load have significant influences on effluent COD removal rate of ASBBR reactor treating mustard wastewater, and the impact of salinity is more obvious than organic load. But the interact effects of salinity and organic load are not significant. The linear regression equation within the effluent COD of ASBBR reactor, salinity rho and organic load Nv was obtained as: COD=-686.17+353.33Nv+0.075 rho. According to the regression equation, organic load under two different conditions can be predicted respectively. One condition is the ASBBR reactor effluent discharged directly into sewer and treated together with municipal wastewater. Another condition is the effluent discharged directly into natural water body after comprehensive treatment. Also the guidance role of the equation in the actual design and operation of ASBBR reactor was been discussed.
