摘要
CuInS2 nanocrystals (CIS NCs) with ZnS alloyed shell layers of various compositions were synthesized via non-coordinated system. We adopted chemical colloid methods to synthesize CuInS2/ZnS (CIS/ZnS) core by using CuI, InCl3 as precursor with Octadecene (ODE) and 1-dodecanethiol (DDT) as capping agents and to synthesize CIS/ZnS shell by using ZnCl2 as precursor with DDT as capping agent. The white LED was also fabricated with CIS/ZnS QDs and yellow phosphor.
