摘要
As a new form of expression public opinions in the Internet age, network voice of the public opinions is an extension of real public opinions in virtual space, which has been a part in Chinese public political life. Due to its providing a platform with low-cost, quick feedback, high capacity, high freedom, etc that makes the current social management problems more complicated, tasks more urgent and environment more difficult to be controlled. Therefore, it's imperative to innovate the social management. While, innovating the social management, it's necessary to fully recognize and emphasize the value of network voice of the public opinions. In view of this, the study mainly discusses the relationship between network voice of public opinion and social management innovation, points out what value network voice of the public opinions plays in the social management innovation and emphasizes that the network voice of public opinions must be put into the social management process, which is of great significance to perfect the system and mechanism of social management and realize the social management innovation.
