摘要
The production, diffusion and exchange of knowledge are raw materials in the process of innovation, causing the formation of so-called Social Networks. The objective of this work is to analyze the Innovation Management process from the perspective of Social Networks, using the methodology of Systematic Review and networks indicators. A total of 2.039 papers were collected from scientific journals and, based on sequential criteria, 29 papers were selected, generating 120 keywords and 1,797 citations, and two networks were built: Keyword and Citation networks. The analysis demonstrates that the three main areas that characterize the theme are: Portfolio Management, Internal Competencies and Collaboration Networks. These three fields are still very closed in relation to connections with other external themes, as well as there is a high fragmentation in subjects that are little connected to each other, indicating some future researches.
