Reform and Exploration of Students Engineering Ability Training Based on Project and Tutorial System

In view of the dilemma between current college graduates 'employment difficult' and employing units 'talent shortage', training program which takes the engineering ability training as the core is worked out and the training mode reform and exploration based on project and tutorial system is carried out. Selection of 33 students and 10 tutors, a team is consist of 3-4 students supervised by a tutor through using tutorial system and project driven method. After nearly 3 years reform and exploration shows that this reform is conducive to the cultivation of students' engineering practice ability and innovation ability, can effectively break the dilemma.
