摘要
Under dynamic environment, as one kind of the distinctive competences of a firm, strategic flexibility has become the strategic driving force of superior competitive performance. The paper has analyzed related studies of strategy flexibility and enterprise performance, then refines a strategic model reflecting the relationship of strategic flexibility and enterprise performance. Using structural equation model, it analyzes the affecting of different strategic flexibility on enterprise performance: resource flexibility has significant Positive effect to finance lay and negative effect to operation flow lay. Capability flexibility has significant Positive effect to both elient and learning lay. This conclusion provides theoretical guidance for Chinese enterprises to improve their performance under dynamic environment.
