摘要：
The mechanism of the IOP-lowering effect of Latanoprost in POAG patients was examined using a new concept of measuring and calculating Ocular hydrodynamics. The enhancement of the trabecular outflow is the main mechanism of action for IOP-lowering after Latanoprost in POAG patients.
