摘要：
The paper addresses the complexity of the decisions made by companies going insolvent. Two methods that establish insolvency are presented, namely: the Altman Z-score and the Cematt model, with improvements made by the author on a case study. The paper also presents the main financial decisions from the moment bankruptcy is declared and until the capitalization of the asset.
